I don’t like giving bad reviews but something needs to happen. It’s was 02/23/24 @ 7:20p. First we waited 20 mins in the drive through line to then be told that they were no longer taking orders at the window. Inside we were greeted by a filthy restaurant with only one kiosk working. Unfortunately there was only one cook who was doing his best while 4 other employees watched and waited for him. We then proceeded to wait for another 25 mins for our order to be ready. By the time we got our bag of food it was cold. They also had their machines down behind the counter which didn’t help. They seemed very disorganized and didn’t have the proper staff in place. There was no need to have 4 people taking orders and only one cook. The other thing I noticed, there were a few people who came in to order and had their food before us. I never expected to spend a literal hour waiting for fast food. They also didn’t offer an apology for the wait, just handed us our food. I’ve attached a photo of the order behind the counter and how long we were waiting to show proof because the kiosk didn’t give us a receipt. the new sandwiches with the sourdough roll ...so good not sure 9 dollars good but that night yes 9 dollars good at the huuungry point ..so coupons would work for me bk . at least your meat tastes like it might actually be beef ..GO TO THIS BK NOT MOUNT JOY THEY ARE TERRIBLE WITH RUDE FAT LAZY INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES.. The chicken was old in the snack wrap. The sad part was we had to pull off to the side and wait a few minutes. One wrap was good. Hot crispy chicken. Then the 2nd wrap tasted funky, like it was old. Why make us wait maybe 10 minutes and serve us old chicken? The drive through person was polite and nice and had a good greeting.
