They messed my order up and I didn't realize till I was across town

I came to pick up an order and asked for bbq sauce. The guy working named Alex looked at me like I was asking for the combination for the safe. He asked bbq sauce? For what?? I said for the customer who asked for it. He looked back and had to get verification from another worker in order to give me the bbq sauce. It felt awkward, and they didn't treat me like I ruled... Please learn customer service and be courteous to customers. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Soda tastes like chlorine, food was as expected. These companies really need to pay attention to the quality of water used in their drinks, this is far from the only local fast food restaurant with this type of problem.
