Great place with a pretty convenient location (connected to parking ramp). The chicken quesadilla was amazing. Really flavorful, it would also be a great pick as. Kids item. For my entree I got the Carna Asada, boy was it great, I wish it came with a third tortilla and maybe some guac/sour cream on the side, but the steak was cooked to perfection, the seasoning and sauce was great. It was juicy and tender. For dessert we got the smores, I thought it'd be too sweet, but it was fine, great for sharing, not sure if I'd be able to finish it myself. I had a great experience at Cactus restaurant at Bellevue square mall. The food was good and yummy, especially the enchiladas and tacos. They had less veg options, but they were still tasty. The service was also good, the waiter explained everything and made it easy to choose from the menu. I recommend this place to anyone who likes Southwestern, Mexican and Spanish cuisine.
