I love this place! The food is delicious and the service is the best. They always know how to make my strawberry smoothie. I don’t like dairy in it and they always remember me and my order. 10/10!

Highly recommend this cute new spot! Delicious, fresh, quick food options - a little bit of everything for everyone (from the healthier side to some unhealthier pleasures). I chose the "Bionic" (yogurt) with all of the fruit options & oatmeal and a "Cholesterol" juice. My husband had the "Chicken Panini", no mayo, with the "Fat Burn" juice and everything was super tasty & light! The owner was very diligent in our orders, I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the locale and the counter itself. Everything is made in front of you with great care and love. My yogurt was very yummy and the chicken panini had really great tasting chicken. Love we found this awesome small local business, will definitely be coming back over the standard fast food options!

My recent visit to this restaurant left me with mixed feelings. As a first-time patron, I was delighted by the flavors of their Chipotle Chicken Wraps, but there were some aspects that left me hoping for a bit more authenticity.
Let's start with the positive: the Chipotle Chicken Wraps were undeniably delicious. The chicken had a smoky and spicy kick, and the overall combination of ingredients was a taste bud-pleaser. However, my expectations were set high when I saw "guacamayas" on the menu, being from Guanajuato myself. Unfortunately, this dish didn't transport me back home. The flavor just didn't quite match the real deal.
One notable point of improvement would be the choice of ingredients. Instead of pork rinds, opting for 'duro'. would elevate the dish. Additionally, the sauce lacked the right amount of spice and quantity. A few more chunks of tomato and onions would not only enhance the flavor but also add texture to the dish.
The presentation and quality of the bread left something to be desired. It was overly crumbly( it had too much bread inside), which made the experience less enjoyable. Clearing away the excessive crumbs before serving would help keep the dish intact.
Moreover, I couldn't help but feel that the guacamayas could benefit from the addition of "cueritos" (pork skin) and more avocado. Offering lime as an optional side would also be a welcome touch for those who enjoy a zesty kick.
In conclusion, this restaurant shows promise with its Chipotle Chicken Wraps, but there is room for improvement. To truly capture the essence of regional dishes like guacamayas, a commitment to using authentic ingredients such as 'duro', and enhancing the overall presentation is crucial. Additionally, a bolder and spicier sauce, along with more thoughtful garnishes, would elevate the dining experience. I hope to see these improvements in the future, as they have the potential to take this place from good to great.

Not as good as dulce vida, but it will do. I'm happy to have a place with healthy juices. I go here 2-3 times a week. Good variety of juices, very yummy 💎👊🔥
