It's easy to find Carl's Jr due to its great location. Gracious employees work hard, stay positive and make this place wonderful. I ordered a combo as a lettuce wrap through the drive through. The person taking the order confirmed that was what I asked for. At the window, he asked what my order was again. I told him that it was a #4 combo as a lettuce wrap. He nodded but had a look in his eyes like he was a deer starring into headlights. He took my card and I paid for my order. I should have checked my bag, but didn't until I got home. They put my burger on a bun instead of lettuce like I asked for, twice. Make sure the person at your window actually understands English. My first time at Carls Junior, and I was not disappointed. The employees really made the whole experience so much better! Sandra and Martha were at the front and just full of smiles, even though it was super busy! Great place for good food! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am a “regular” here and it’s one of my favorite places to go. I usually order the jalapeño double combo. So good! The lunchtime staff here is awesome—top to bottom. A special shout out to Iris, Imelda, and Yesenia. They always remember me and do an excellent job. They work so hard. I'm impressed with this particular location. The service was great. The food was fresh and made quickly. Plus, unlike other locations, this Carl'sJr didn't charge me for extra sauce. Way to go. We come to this restaurant at least once a week. Sometimes twice. The variety and quality of food is great! The people here are attentive and kind. They greet us with a smile and hello. Even the kitchen staff will give us a wave. Yesenia and Imelda keep the good food coming and Iris is always friendly and accurate with the order. Would highly recommend this location! The food and service doesn’t get any better than at the Carl’s Jr in Provo across from Utah Valley Hospital . Iris at the counter always welcomes you with a smile and gets your order right every time . Imelda and Yesenia are the cooks and they deliver great food fast ! Their quality in service and food has absolutely tanked the last few years. The burgers always come out cold and burned and you have to pay extra for any fry sauce you want, which I understand inflation but their prices are way too high for the quality and quantity of food you get. Half the time our order is wrong and most of the time the drinks are so watery they aren't even recognizable. They are playing music that is VERY indecent to have on while children are inside. One of the songs was saying,” I can do it for hours and hours and hours and hoooooours”. And the volume is up really high. Why are places playing music like this? Not everyone listens to R&B or rap music. It’s becoming a problem, it really is. I’m just a regular guy and I listen to all kinds of music but when you are talking about being inside of a professional establishment, you need to have some respect. Older folks from years and years ago also do not want to listen to things like this, it’s borderline filthy. Anyway, I love Carl’s jr food. They are underrated compared to other fast food joints.
