Came in after going to the Christmas lights at Azalea Gardens. For a Tuesday night, they seemed pretty busy. Waitress sat us and took our order pretty quick. Ordered the shrimp Fajitas for 2 and 2 Cuervo margaritas that were on special. Chips are good. Unfortunately, salsa was a little bland. Food arrived and looked fantastic! Unfortunately, it was also a little bland! Margarita was a little weak also. Other diners complained about food being bland. I know Mexican restaurants have a hard time balancing the spiciness they serve, either to spicy for some or to bland for others. I like this restaurant and hope they can find a good balance. I came here because they had Enchiladas with Mole. A lot of places only do one sauce for Enchiladas (a generic red chili pepper sauce). This place had a few choices. Their Mole is of the darker brown variety with chocolate (so what most Americans know). Not as sweet as other places, which is fine. It was very good. Chips and salsa were good.
