Chick-fil-a is a company with a positive work culture and environment. It has Christian based values, and always puts the customer first. How amazing when I came here on a heavy rainy day. The restaurant has to been closed as the power shortage due to the bad weather. When I thought it was a trip in vain, a staff member came out explaining what happened and asked me whether I made an online order. I told him I would make an order at present on my mobile. He said that the system is off but gave me a free sandwich. Really moved since then. The staff here are friendly enough once a lady staff member gives me free mints and has me with the water. The store is close to the exit of 60 freeway. It would be nice to have a visit if passing by. I was taken aback by how good the service is here. I have never experienced this at a fast food restaurant. Or tbh, even some regular restaurants. We dined in and ate our food. without even asking an employee came over and asked us if we were doing ok and if she could get us anything. I was so confused bc I thought I was at chick-fil-a. they’ve never done this at any other chick-fil-a or fast food restaurant. then she gave us some free mints which were tasty. and then awhile later another employee came by to check on us and asked if we needed a refill or a bag. then gave us some more free mints haha. he was just like a genuinely nice guy. I overheard him speaking to some students next to us and he was so caring 🥹 he asked them if they wanted any ice cream and if their mom was going to pick them up and if they were gonna get home ok. what a nice guy. too wholesome. then the previous employee came and asked us if we needed anything and then gave us more mints omg. it was a wholesome experience. can someone tell me why this chick-fil-a is so nice? The drive through set up is horrible, the drive through attendant that walks up to you, allowed about 10 cars to go in front of us while we placed our order. They really need to do something to make it a smother process, and train there employees to be mindful of the terrible drive through set up. I am never going back to this location.
