One word sums up my visit to this CFA today: IMPRESSIVE!!! It was the last day of my week-long trip to Eden Prairie for work. I hit this CFA up for breakfast on the way to the airport. Ordered on the app and went in to grab a table. In the time it took them to make my food, I saw two employees greeting and cleaning, and another (manager) working on his laptop overseeing the delivery orders. I went to the condiment station, and that is when I was blown away. They have the cleanest, most put-together station I've ever seen in a CFA (see pic attached); and I frequent CFA a lot. Pulled the manager aside and commended him on what a type ship he's running. Keep up the GREAT work, Knollwood CFA. Maybe I'll pop in on y'all next time I'm up that way for work. Honestly, I think Chick-fil-A is overrated. Yesterday I had the chicken and biscuit (breakfast) and it was mid. The biscuit was dryish and the chicken bland. Honestly they have a pretty slow drive thru for Chickfila, they do have a lot stacked against them with their location/setup of the drive thru, but 15 min to get a milkshake seems a bit excessive for me. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We arrived 3 min before closing and the team here was very efficient and they accepted our drive through order! I am very thankful for that. Food was excellent as always, our favourites were all really good grilled chicken sandwich and classic original chicken did not disappoint. I've been stuck in the mobile order lane because what used to be a second drive through has now been relabeled as "mobile through". The biggest problem is there was not a sign that was visible at night before turning into the lane. There's no way out of the lane except to wait for others to get their food. I effectively was forced to wait an extra 17 min just to order my food and now am expected to wait in the entire line again. Please install a visible and clear sign. Not only was this very inconvenient, it made me feel extremely trapped and vulnerable given my diagnoses of PTSD. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE PROMPTLY!

This is one of my favorite CFAs to come to. I always eat inside tho so can't speak to the drive thru situation which I know they re-did. Always good service with a smile. At lunch hour they are busy, but things flow well, and usually they have ladies bringing samples of seasonal shakes or cookies around to the table, and offering to gather refills for drinks. They do take good care of you here for being a fast food place. For some strange reason, I have never stepped foot into this chain until now despite all the amazing reviews. Boy, am I glad to try their famous chicken sandwich today. They got every part of the sandwich right. From the meaty chicken breast, amazing sauce and the bun. The service is top notch too for a fast food chain. The dining area is spacious and clean. Wonderful experience. Breakfast was great. Parking lot can be a bit tight but drive thru has more than enough space to accommodate a traffic jam. Staff worked quickly and were friendly and helpful. The space itself was well kept and big. Many places to hold private conversations and or big crowds. Didn't look like the play area was open. Best homophobic chicken I've ever had (seriously, type homophobic chicken into Google maps and see what happens). A fine chicken sandwich and polite and efficient staff. But I may be more impressed with my fellow audience than the food. My kid super loved the food though. Surprisingly enough, there were many kids in the place but very little noise. I don't exactly know why, but there it is. Also one of the very few fastfood places in the US where I don't feel like an idiot for being the only one clearing my tray, here everyone seems to do that.
