My fiancée and I had dinner here. The service was phenomenal. I was having some issues with my app and the cashier was very patient. I asked for chick-fil-a sauce but they were out. They apologize. We sat down and we were waiting for my fiancé’s food and the worker stopped sweeping and checked on food for us. Even brought it out for us. My fiancé went to get a refill and the gentleman that refilled his drink apologized again for not having chick-fil-a sauce. I was sitting at the table and a different gentleman asked if he could clean our table and asked if he could get me a refill. What exceptional customer service. Annabelle was our drive-thru cashier. I had a large order. She was very patient, kind, and understanding. My family enjoyed the food! SLOW DRIVE THRU!! As a local, we patronize Chick Fila often. Between Salisbury and West O, the difference is unbelievable. Service is terribly slow, and some of the workers, not all, are dry and have no customer service anymore. What happened here?? It’s been this way at this location for at least a year or better. Again it’s not all employees, many are wonderful. But come on! I know you can have good quality service and cut down on this wait time. Came in this morning at 8am expecting to get a quick breakfast before hitting the road to go back home. After ordering it took us 25 minutes of waiting by pretty gross tables that looked like they weren’t clean from the night to get two biscuits that you would expect to be ready at breakfast time. After receiving our food, it looked like our food had been stomped after prepared, before opening the wrapper I thought it was only the chicken and no biscuit. The icing on the cake was that they forget the bacon on my biscuit so going back in was fun where I was greeted quite rudely for asking to get what I paid for from them. The items are always wrong at this restaurant. I had tomatoes, pickels and lettuce on it and it came with nothing but chicken and cheese. This is the third order in a row that s wrong. They never make it right and they always leave out items. This is unacceptabale. We always have the best experience here. The restaurant is so clean, and the food is delicious. I ordered the fruit cup this morning, and it had just been cut up - so fresh! Isadora waited on us. Quick service as usual with friendly staff! Very useful and quick app ordering! Play place was great for toddlers. Only disappointment was a $4 medium size fruit cup which was very small in the end!
