This is my first time and my last. I will not spend my hard earned money at this location. Customer service was terrible. The older woman at the front counter was extremely rude. The restaurant is nice but the staff was unfriendly, specially Alice, a certified trainer. I was making a to go order at the counter and I asked her to put mayonnaise in my bag a couple times and she kept directing me to the self serve sauce counter rather than just putting it in the bag from the bin in the kitchen. Then as my daughter was ordering a keychain, she’s 12 and was speaking directly to Alice, Alice kept looking at me and asking what I wanted. Which I find disrespectful to my daughter. I was stopped before I even got to the speaker. Great service right! We it was until I got to the window and once I pulled off with my bag I realized that I had a bowl instead of a box. I immediately went back inside to have the problem corrected and to my surprise, I was told that my food was not going to be corrected nor was I offered a refund. I paid for a meal that I didn’t eat. Mind you, the past couple of times I visited, my fries were cold and out of inconvenience I just kept them and threw them out. I have been patronizing this location for over a year due to my job being here. I normally order via the app but due to my fries being cold every time I decided to go through the drive-thru. I stopped by for a salad and order nuggets instead, I should’ve went with my first mind. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This Chick-fil-A is funny. If your a VET,Service member and or first responder possibly both.I wouldn't go here again simply because they just tried to B.S my Husband. When it was time to pay we asked for a military or First responder discount mind,we all have ID's that can verify.The young lady that took our order was sweet and the Maneger on shift must have been lazy or somthing😂.Keep in mind FT.Liberty/Bragg is 2 hours and 30 minutes away...What made it clear that they were trying to B.S us is that the maneger said you have to be in uniform...THAT MAKES NO SENSE...the installation is almost 3 hours away.Your not supposed to wear the uniform unless your working 🙄.To top that off They got the order wrong as well. Your better off going to the one a few exits down.We stoped through there no problems once so ever the food was great! The service was way better They definitely got our order right over there as well.I would reccomend skipping this location, I rather not be lied to by the people making my food🙅🏽‍♀️. (The young lady that took our order was very sweet she just missed some details but she tried it was hard for her to hear.😇) Side note my chicken nuggets were undercooked... Absolutely no parking for anyone with a trailer. And I’m not talking about a large semi trailer. Just a small cargo trailer with a small pickup pulling it. The closest parking is across a 4lane road with no safe way to cross. The designers and owner have absolutely no idea of how to layout a parking lot. Not everyone drives a 2 seater car in today’s times. Y’all need to get with the times. What a joke.
