This place was great when they first opened. Since then the service has gone downhill. Three or more visits in a row they have messed up my order and the teenage staff was less than apologetic. The staff is generally polite and the food is always good when the order is correct. They require some leadership. Fan of the food, but my location struggles with large orders. I have had items missing multiple times and needed to go back after getting home and checking bags. They’re great about correcting the mistake and never had issues in making order while, but it’s a pain to have to get home, realize issues, go back, as for mgr, get remainder, go back home and miss half of family dinner time. One of the best fast food chicken sandwiches both the original and grilled menu items are worth the try. Absolutely the best lemonade; it should be bottled and sold in grocery stores. I dinned in. Was checked out by Brooke who was very nice and polite. While seated, eating my meal a nice young man stopped by my table and asked if I needed any more sauce or napkins. Over all- all the employees were very nice and made the night pleasant. Thank you! Food was also great :) peppermint milkshake is my fav. I worked here for a while and it was one of the best places ever. I no longer work there but I have only good things to say. The food is handled so carefully; cleanliness is one of the biggest policies. The owners and management are actively and constantly involved in improving the lives of the guests and team members. This place has poor management! Everytime I go they don't have fries ready. The nuggets aren't crispy and very under cooked. My teen and toddler always have stomach issues after eating chick fil a. I really believe this company has cut costs in their ingredients and are using a cheaper cooking oil. Hints to why the nuggets aren't crispy and people have stomach issues after eating! Never again!
