The girl who greeted me and took my order was great but....... then her relief came in and I heard her tell him she was transferring me to him. But him never introduced himself to me or let me know he would be taking care of me from now on, never asked if I needed anything or refilled my water, dropped the check and gave him my card and paid. Never thanked me for choosing Chili's for lunch today, although a girl who did not serve me thanked me on my way out the door. Ordered a steak and it was well done instead of mid done BUT was still very juicey and tasty. Nicole (server) was great...took care od us and was on top of things. Had her before and she is consistently on top of things! This was great as she was also handling the bar area as well! Dinner salad was very small (hardly any salad) but Nicole fixed that. Wasn't crowded at lunchtime on a Sunday but there were some large parties so the noise level was elevated. We only ordered appetizer of nachos with a cheese beef sauce which was tasty. The food came out very quickly. The service was good, attentive and friendly. Parking plentiful and restrooms clean.
