This used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the area. It used to have consistently good food, great service, and was nice enough in terms of ambiance. It's been awhile since we've been back. The food was meh at best. Soup tasted watery (like they didn't have enough made and added water to make it stretch), burgers tasted old -- like they were warmed up mediocre leftovers -- cheese congealed and veggies/lettuce tasted and looked old. Even the spicy pickles (that we use to LOVE) were replaced by mushy pickles from a jar. Overall disappointed that the quality and taste has changed/diminished. Appetizers were okay --- but size, quantity, and quality have gone downhill. Service was fine (used to be really great) --- nothing special and we had to request napkins and drink refills. The table ambiance brought me back to the early 90s. For a while they were using metal rectangular serving trays --- those were way better than the sticky round plastic tray (that felt cheap --- like when you go to a rundown fast food shop or cafeteria) our food was served on most recently. The interior (lights, booths, art work) was fine. The menus, table, and plastic tray that our food came on were really, really, sticky. Overall, it's changed for the worst. Frequent Chili's customers but this was our first time picking up curbside. Not impressed. Fries and sandwiches were barely warm, definitely not hot, and we ate within a couple minutes of receiving the order. The cokes had a bad taste and there weren't enough tortilla strips for 2 soups, even after we requested extra (as we do when dining in). I ordered soup and salad and chips and salsa. I ordered for curbside. When I got home I noticed that the salad was all soft lettuce and most of it was purple arugula. No crunchy ceaser like salad at all. Tasted horrible. I love the chips and salsa and normally I get a huge cup of salsa with the chips. They gave me a small little container that won’t even last half the chip bag. Irritated and disappointed. This place isn’t as good as i remember. i came here and got the 6 piece chicken crispers they were NOT cooked fully and in all they weren’t very good but the mac and cheese decent, another thing to note was that we saw multiple people get their appetizers before us and they took well over 20 minutes to say the “fryer broke”. overall it was very mediocre Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Recommended dishes Bottomless Tostada Chips
