The service was awesome. The food wasn't fresh because they brought it out way too fast. I will sit and wait for fresh food anytime. The chicken was too tough for my liking. The atmosphere was okay. In spite of being busy on a Friday night, this Chili's was also busy with friendly, fast, quality service!! The greeter at the front was full of life and inviting. Our waitress was attentive and professional. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. This was one of the best locations I've ever experienced and my family and I will be back!! The food in Chili's was good, but it was too salty. Especially the french fries. I am not sure if the waitress and waiter did not understand our accent or what, but we ordered a burger, and they brought a different dish twice for the kids. They all seemed overwhelmed. I enjoyed my experience. I know their perks program is set up to reward people who come at least once a month. It is disappointing for a casual person like myself to not get any benefits for having the application installed on their phone. I'm sorry but I usually love chilli's and the food is usually really great. Unfortunately the last 2 times that we've ordered my food has been horrible. Extremely salty and unbeatable. I don't know if there's new kitchen staff or if they've changed there reciepies but this is not the chilli's that I'm used to. Extremely unfortunate!!
