A week ago

On my last order, I ordered extra tortillas. The website said there was an extra charge. I went curbside, it's late at night near closing, I didn't get the extra tortillas. I called and was put on hold until I finally hung up. Ruined my experience because I planned to save some for later which is why I ordered extra tortillas. Okay, big deal. I go in for another curbside, but I have to go in because all curbside is filled with parked cars. The manager comes over and SCREAMS at some guy to get out with no concern about us other customers who are right there. I tell the lady getting orders about the tortillas. She tells me the tortillas are free and that I could have come in any time for them, so it's not like I lost money. Website said they're extra, but she doesn't understand - it's not about the money - it's about the experience! You expect to get what you order. So, I get my food, which I ordered extra garlic toast. I asked if it was included. She says if not, she can get me more. She checks, there is an extra toast, she hands me bag and walks away. Didn't even try to make up for the tortillas. Didn't offer me tortillas or just add in another toast to make up for it. I get home and find she didn't include chocolate syrup for my molten chocolate cake. That is what makes the dessert! I couldn't eat it. Came back the next night and told the manager. He didn't even have the decency to make me a fresh dessert. Just gave me a small thing of syrup. Are customers of that little value to you, Chili's? Maybe you should give them some customer service training or something. The food here is excellent if you can ever get a seat or be seated I have never sat and waited for a table for more than an hour when they were only six tables filled in the restaurant. Even with the wait staff that was working everyone should have been accommodated this is ridiculous I don't even know why we waited the hour that we did after realizing how long we were there we just walked out and went to McDonald's poor customer service this place needs employees bad something something just ain't right either the pay sucks or the management as popular as chilies usually is this place should always be booming not just in the bar but in the restaurant area as well Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The worst iv ever experienced, we showed up, waited 30 mins for a drink , water 45 mins just to order then cme to find out they closed by the time they wanna serve us wasted a whole 2 hours for nothing and they couldn't even apologize not recommending for nobody would rate 0 star if possible Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
