Literally NEVER complain but I was really annoyed. I asked for salad and there was hardly any left because she was running out. So I asked her if she could give me more and she said that’s all that there picking PIECES of lettuce that was at the bottom of that container. I asked her to please get me more and she flat out refused! So when the young man checking me out asked me if I wanted anything else I said absolutely I would like more LETTUCE IN my salad. He happily obliged and got me more lettuce. Young lady, you are in the service of patrons, if you don’t want to serve people then go find a job where you don’t have to. I hope someone addresses this because I’ve gone to that chipotle for almost 15 plus years and have never complained. Until today! Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Vegan Food Review 🌱 Can you really go wrong with Chipotle… 🤷🏾‍♀️I find most times it comes down to the service behind the counter. (Which was hit or miss) What I loved most about this location was the speed with which the food was served. Sofritas- their marinated/braised tofu is just so dang delicious… I will pay for it and not even blink an eye. However, I always have to pass on the tortilla chips due to the $$$ just can’t justify it. They used to allow subbing guac for meat at no charge.. worth asking. The customer service at this location is very poor. It was not until I asked to speak to the General Manager that I understood why they get the same negative google reviews over and over again. When I spoke with Sergio Ramirez (General Manager) and tried to explain how rude his employee was, he cut me off and stated that him and his staff work for Chipotle and not for the guests and were not required to smile and provide service with a nice attitude. I even tried to use their competitors' excellent customer service as an example, and he did not seem interested in listening to my feedback. It all starts with Management. This is the worst location with terrible customer service and quality. I have gone here three days in a row and each time there was an issue. Tonight I arrived at 8:51pm over an hour before closing, they were out of vegetables and refused to make more stating they were already cleaning the grill. It’s over an hour before closing it’s ridiculous they can’t make vegetables. The previous two days they forgot the dressing for the salad and two previous times in the last 60 days I have ordered online and they forgot the dressing or other various items. This location messing up orders 100% of the time is impressive. Needs better training for staff and better customer service. No one greeted us until we finally got a “what do you want”, since none of your staff want to do anything you should cut hours and save money since all they’re doing is losing money for this location and it constantly looks over staffed with all of them standing around doing nothing. Rude employees, cold food, extremely small portions. Why would anyone come here when they can get double the food for same quality and price at freebirds or qdoba. Got my half of a bowl (yes half because they put so little in it) took one bite of chicken that felt like it had been in a refrigerator. Overall terrible experience and food. The service I received today was absolute garbage. I wish I would have grabbed the lady's name fixing my bowl but I can say she was very unprofessional. First off her attitude towards a paying customer sucks. I asked her for red sauce on the side and she acknowledged me but acted like it was an issue to give me what i asked for. I pay for my food, drive home, get home with my wife and newborn son to eat but end up having to get back out because she did not give me my red sauce I asked for. I have to fight school traffic to go back and politely wait in line again to re ask for my sauce once again. She trys to hand me my sauce not in a bag but also with sour cream all on the side of it. I ask her to please give me a bag and she breathes loudly, tosses my sauce in bag and at me and walks away. This was very frustrating to me.I am a very polite person and I found this very rude. I would definitely not recommend this Chipotle off the experience I just had. Been going to Chipotle since the beginning but I will definitely not be returning to this location any time soon! Came in tonight at 8pm and was disappointed with everything. First off they had no regular sized cups so I had to pay for the extra large fountain drink cups. I then proceeded to get my beverage (coke) and it was out. I tell one of the girl employees and she says they have no more. She never went back to check nor did she take the time to ask she just said “oh we don’t have any anymore” how efficient that you run out. I already had to pay for the large cups because you have no regular ones and then there’s no coke which is the only thing I drink. She did offer me a Mexican coke to which I said no because I didn’t pay for that. I wanted what I paid for. Then I sit to eat my food and the brown rice was HARD. For the $40 I spent I regret and left disappointed with my visit. I wanted to give chipotle another chance but man this might be the last. Staff here is horrible ! My family and I have came here since I was in high school and the quality has gone down drastically. One of their biggest issues is wanting to close a whole hour prior to close . Rice is always low or don’t have enough and they are pretty much packing you up to leave so that you can’t dine in . I never been told to leave a whole hour prior to close like at this place . I understand 10 minutes before close but a whole hour is ridiculous . Person Circled in image has been the employee with continuous bad attitude . Please make a change this use to be an awesome place to eat ! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Just like any other Chipotle, service is very dynamic and the food is fresh. The line moved fairly quickly and the payment process was smooth. Outdoor seating available with several tables.
