Came here today at 2:00 pm . Stood in line no greeting no acknowledgement of customers in line . U have employees standing around and others working on mobile orders when there is a line . Then they are half giving meat . I tell the little boy that’s making my bowl shredded lettuce he tried to give me the big lettuce with spinach I specifically said shredded lettuce how incompetent can u be to not understand the difference . I ended up walking out and going to south holland which had way better customer service . I walk in they greeted me with welcome to chipotle . Understood the difference between the different lettuce and double checked to make sure it was the correct one I wanted . Gave a scoop and a half of meet and was just a way better experience overall . Every time I go to chipotle in homewood they customer service is horrible . Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I do not normally leave reviews. But this particular location needs help. I just left this location, I ordered a chicken bowl. The brown rice is half done, the chicken do not look or taste like chicken. This is a mystery bowl because I don’t know what I’m eating or if it’ll make my stomach hurt later. I wanted to still give it a try after I seen how the chicken looked like the steak meat. I thought, maybe it’s seasoned real good or just a little burned. Something I can deal with, but after the first few taste, I can not eat this. I wasted my money! On moments like this I should get a refund and the manager themselves should taste what customers are wasting their money on. Please step this up. Service Take out Food: 1

The food is always so good from this location. My go to Chipotle location. It can be busy at times but the workers are always friendly and fast. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Like many a fast fooderie on Halsted... what started out amazing has slowly declined into abysmal. Wife and I ordered via the app — full well knowing when you're not there to SEE the build of your burrito or bowl, you ARE NOT going to get anything more than the BARE MINIMUM. What we didn't expect... ordering at 11:40 on Monday morning... is that the staff wouldn't necessarily even be awake yet. My wife's bowl? Missing fajita veggies, beans, and medium salsa (all on the receipt mind you). My bowl? No beans. Half a scoop of chicken if I was lucky, and it was STONE COLD. The side of queso? Luke warm at best. Keep in mind: we live within 3 minutes of the location and my wife showed up when the app said to. The best part? You can auto-complain to the AI bot in the app and it just hurls a free bowl and drink at you for the trouble. I decided to take it one step further and demand human. I was told "there's nothing more we can do. We're sorry this happened." No, you're not, Chipotle. If I wanted less-than Mexican fare? Taco Bell is just down the street.
