Iv been coming to this location for 7 years. Today I experienced the worst customer service of any restaurant Iv ever been too. I ordered a pickup. App says it would be ready at 9:20. I get there 9:25. Not ready. I waited. It’s now 9:35. The girl at the counter ignored me. There was 2 other people in the entire restaurant. I tried to talk to another young man. He said they didn’t have my order. App says it’s done and ready for pickup. Says I may have the wrong location. Showed him my confirmation email. Never offered to help or anything. Girl still just standing there. Had to call and get my money back through toll free number. I won’t be back here. Service: 1

I really dont like being so critical with my food as I’m very appreciative. I have gone to this location consistently and love chipotle, however, from my experiences if you order online they will always half fill your food like very low servings. If you go to the store at 7-9 ish they will always underserve you. If there is a new worker they lack enough training to give you an enjoyable meal. Spending 17$ for the quarter of an average chipotle bowl and half filled queso and unsalted chips eventually gets frustrating. I ordered a bowl chips and queso tonight and was very unpleased wasn’t given a receipt either to have proof of purchase. My order is chicken pinto beans brown rice cheese light tomato extra corn extra sour cream and the worker who was for sure new was shaken up and putting no food even when I constantly asked for more. They will ALWAYS short you on an online order…order in-person whenever possible! Even then, I was in store and pulling out my wallet so I did not notice that my guacamole did not make it into my bag…but it sure did make it on my bill!
