Visited on Leap Day and was floored by the level of customer service provided by a gentleman named Rancel. He acknowledged us at the door, answered all of my questions about coupons, and was kind every time we interacted. In the past, the service was lacking so I appreciate the change. Even the chef and the worker at the Trampoline entrance were friendly. Coupons were a great deal and it feels safe to let my kids run around in there. Pizza was also better than I remember. My nieces love coming here and they always have fun. Its hard to win a lot of tickets, but the rewards the app gives are great, cause i get 1000 tickets, gifts, or free play. Chuck E is super sweet and always goes around saying hi and giving hugs to the kids. We went on a rainy day and it was super packed. Definitely a nice place for small kids to have fun. My family and I visited the Santa Maria Chuck E. Cheese sometime in late January. We walked in and we were greeted by this bright young lady ready and happy to help us. We went in on a Friday evening and busy is an understatement lol. The same young girl helped us at the register and even with a line of people she still made sure to ask how we are, ask about our day, she even asked the kids if they were excited to play games and they were beaming with excitement. My youngest son had a whole conversation about his favorite game and she made time for our order, the conversation my son had with her, and everything else around her. She was sure to give us the best deal for my family and I all while keeping a smile on her face. While we were playing we noticed attendants out in the lobby cleaning, sweeping, and even fixing games. Eventually my family's time is up and it's time to get prizes, we get our prizes and we set out and meet the host from the start of our trip, Santa Maria Chuck E. Cheese, you have amazing food, games, and prices! We will be back again all thanks to Kaitlyn, the best host ever, thanks again Kaitlyn! I hadn't been to a Chuck E Cheese for many years and I was dreading having to go, but my granddaughter's 9th birthday party there was wonderful. The facility has been updated nicely, the games were great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and every single kid of the 13 in attendance, had an amazing time. Great job, Chuck E.! It's your standard Chuck E Cheese. Not too bad not too good. All my children are grown now so I only have to come here for coworkers kids parties thankfully. Lol the food has deff gotten better over the last 5 yrs or so. It used to be horrible. This one is clean as a room full of kids can be. Plus the security measures when you bring in kids are a great touch so no one runs off with your child.
