I used to frequently shop here but I went in for car wash and gas but the wash left soap all over my car. I asked for a rinse from clerk but he declined, said some new rules so I had to put bottled water on and wipe off after spending money for what I had to do by hand. The clerk was not helpful, asst. mngr, as he called himself. I'm not going back and don't recommend to anyone else.
Unprofessional. My car was left there on a flat. I talked to the cashier & told me I could leave it there for 24 hrs. Not even 12 hrs later they called a tow company to tow it.
The time on google maps clearly says 11pm but for the casher to close an whole entire hour. I arrived at 10:20pm so I know I had more than enough time. And, for the cashier to have no remorse or understanding and he stated he counted his register down already at 10:20pm was mind blowing. I have came to this gas station numerous of time when i got off work to come and get gas at this same time and have never been told they were closed. He even had his mom there coaching him because she called while she was sitting outside waiting. Very rude and inconvenient.

Very unprofessional. The young male cashier does not know what customer service means. He doesn’t know how to work a card machine. He’s at the counter cussing and speaking horribly about customers. He was rude to an elderly customer before me, due to him not knowing how to work the card machine. That elderly woman was so embarrassed. He turned and told the female cashier, “I’m tired of all these broke a*s customers coming in here with no money on these cards.” News flash, IF EVERY CARD IS DECLINING IN YOUR LINE, THEN IT’S YOU. We know how much money we have. When the same card approved, he stood there looking stupid. Won’t patronize this business again and I hope it gets shut down soon.
I had the most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever seen this morning at this location. The attendant this morning was rude, the music playing in the store had vulgar language, and your system being down should not mean I have to pay for my drink when I already pay for the sipper club. This beverage should be covered in my opinion. I can see why your location has a 1.9 rating on google.

Their new young female employee needs to go. She cost me a free drink because she didn't know how to properly use the computer. twice I've had issues with her. She also has a bad attitude. I have been going there for years with no complaints.

Paid $11 for car wash. Pump receipt tape out. Go inside for printed receipt to get code for car wash. Back outside. Car wash closed. Back inside. Clerk refused to refund and told me to come back in three weeks. $11 lesson - NEVER go to any Circle K.
DISGUSTING! The Convenience Mart smelled like urine, the coffee tasted like the pots had never been sanitized not to mention that the cream my friend put into his coffee was curdled. The store is cramped and the staff were rude. The parking lot had a rotten dead animal that have been there for days as well as a great deal of trash and a used tampon right next to the front door. I will go out of my way to never visit there again!

Just stopped in 4 tank of gas in the bathroom at 2 in the morning. The station itself is nice enough, but when I asked the clerk for the bathroom key he was rude and raised his voice because I didn't understand him at first. I asked "is there a bathroom key?" Clerk responded "At the door." Not initially understanding and looking around on the counter, I said "I'm sorry, I must be blind." Clerk responded "AT THE DOOOOR" in s clearly intentionally rude and condescending tone. Even at 2 in the morning, there's no reason to treat a polite paying customer in such a way. I couldn't see his name tag so I'll simply describe him as 30ish, balding and about 30 lbs overweight.
Absolutely awful! I was told to step out of line twice and scratch off the bottom barcode for 1 of the 3 lottery tickets if I wanted them cashed. Then was accused of using someone else's identification. I have no reason not to use my own. I even recited my name, birthday, and license number while the attendant was holding my I.d. and she continued to pass my I.d. around to the other attendants and accused me in front of multiple people. Again the Florissant Missouri department of vehicles issued my I.d.
