I'm obsessed with their quiche and if you call 48 hours ahead of time (I've even gotten away with less), you can pre-order a whole one. This is my new superpower. Everyone loves the person who shows up with a gigantic delicious quiche and it couldn't be easier. Everything else is divine and this place takes all my money, but man. That quiche. *chef's kiss*

Absolutely delicious pastries and baked goods, with a charming location and kind staff. There was a line of about 6 people in front of us when we arrived around 10am on a Saturday, so try to spare some time for going there on a weekend. We will definitely try to go back again. Collette is a great bakery that has some of the best French pastries that you can get in this area. I really like their croissants, both chocolate and plain. I have had a few other pastries as well and also really enjoyed them.
