I truly had the best dining experience I ever have here. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was warm and romantic. Took my friend here for his birthday and he had the best time which made everything worth it. Our server Jacqueline was fantastic. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She definitely was the epitome of the experience. The manager Nicole was also very nice. Jacqueline was so professional and attentive. I will definitely be returning soon. Went here for a birthday party and was impressed by the ambiance. The service was impeccable and our server was friendly patient and amazing. The food was delicious and the drinks ( from what I saw, I didn’t drink) looked refreshing! When I come back up this way I would definitely dine here again!! I went to visit this location today 2-13-2024. I dined in. The server appeared nice. The food taste good. I ordered the ribs. I could not finish it all so I took it home to go. I went to finsied eating the meal as a late night snack. I noticed blonde hairs in my ribs. I thought it was just one. But it was many all throughout. The lighting is better here than the restaurant so you can actually see. It's like they deliberately cooked my food in a malicious manner. I just want to throw up. I can't believe I left a tip. BBQ ribs, skinny fries, spinach- What I had was good. Ribs finger licking good (they give u a hot towel to keep wiping ur hands on while eating ribs), spinach was really good and I don't care for vegetables.. I'm a picky eater. My friend on the other hand had a lot of fat on the (steak) prime rib plus the special that was $65 for their steak. The drink was really good recommended by waiter. I think it's called peartini. It's a pear slice inside. Even eating the pear after was really good. Waiter was really cool He did stop by often to our table & very detail on everything they sold there. I found Copper Canyon Grill - Gaithersburg during a work meeting, in walking distance from the hotel and I absolutely LOVED it. I visited twice during my stay. I can’t wait to visit again this year! I ordered the Peartini and Shrimp Cargot one day and the next day I ordered the Peartini again and Rattlesnake Pasta. Great experience. The hostesses were friendly. Our server was exceptional, attentive to detail, and provided a healthy balance in seeing what we needed. The food was great and the dessert was delicious. The overall welcoming atmosphere was calm on this particular day. Being seated by the lake, provided a great backdrop to the peace needed. I absolutely loved the waitress and how knowledgeable she was. The pasta I ordered was amazing the taste was so good and the flavor of it was delicious. Then the salmon dish which my sibling ordered was just bad all around. It was sent back twice because it was literally raw in the middle (thicker part) of the filet and it still came back raw so eventually we just left that filet and proceeded to check out. Unhappy with that dish this place was overall an okay experience and I will probably return to try out other dishes. Again this is my opinion based on my own experience. I went to get tea and dessert with my sibling and it was so good despite our previous experience we still decided to go try the dessert and it was tasty. Beautiful environment and lovely atmosphere. Me and my mate sat outside of the dining area looking out at the lake. The ceiling heaters were great throughout the area we were sitting. This was our first time at this restaurant and we enjoyed it. The entrance has a nice enclosed fireplace which is so beautiful entering and exiting the restaurant. And the main dining area, there is nice, big black piano. That would be nice to hear someone tickle the ivories while we had lunch. Our waitress was super informative about what food the restaurant had to offer. All of our food was delicious and served well. Decent wine selection. Exceptional service Cindy! Thank you so much! Very relaxing atmosphere. There is an enclosed fireplace next to the entrance that is inviting going in and comforting as you leave. Upon ordering drinks, you are given a pan of freshly warm cornbread, with corn pieces. It was a pleasant start to dinner that wasn't too sweet or dry. The Shrimp & Grits were amazing according to the two who ordered it. The Chicken sandwich was juicy and flavorful. The skinny fries were a hit! The Impossible Burger was alright for the person who ate it. They were not impressed. I enjoyed my Salad, though it was drenched in dressing. It took the crispiness away from the dish. If I ever get it again, I will ask for the dressing on the side. On the other hand, the greens were well selected and has a nice fresh taste from what could tell through the dressing. The salmon had more of a wood taste than I like and from what I have had previously from this restaurant. However, it was cooked tenderly so it had a great texture. I was highly surprised to see the bathroom was unkempt and the waitress, while kind, was not very attentive. So because of these reasons, I have given 4 stars. I have dined here before and had a more pleasant experience. All and all, we had a nice dinner in a comfortable atmosphere. I may come back, as I feel this particular evening may have just been an off night. Three out of five in our party thoroughly enjoyed their food.
