My husband and I frequent Cracker Barrel a lot but this particular one has always been our favorite. The staff are always helpful and kind the wait even when there are dozens of people never seems to be long. I did my entire Christmas shopping once in this store. The food as always is cooked to perfection and hot. I got a dinner meal and my husband got a breakfast meal and both were served at the same time and perfect. Can’t wait to go again. Good ole comfort food. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the food was good but the service was great. Our waitress ( I think her name was Kaila) was exceptional. She greeted us smiling, she listened attentively, was efficient and professional in servicing our table but at the same time very personable. I know I may be old school but I also appreciated her grooming. The people handling the food should have a neat appearance and their hair secured. My husband and I love coming here. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. Sometimes it gets hard to maneuver around the shoppers to get to the hostess stand/entrance to the dining area, hence my 4-star review of "atmosphere". We are local so we usually come during the slower time making that less of an issue. I enjoy perusing the store and have purchased a few items. I returned clothing I purchased online that unfortunately didn't fit well and the store accepted the return with no issue. I like the new rewards program, too. This spot is fantastic! The food is fabulous, the service is spectacular, the store has super duper stuff, and the atmosphere is astonishing!!! Lol-gotta have a little fun here and there! Honestly, Cracker Barrel, Hamburg PA is a great place with a ton of delicious choices and the cutest little country store! Love it here! One of my favs! It was super busy when we all went. Party of 8, the food had me stuffed! Service was organized and friendly. It was a wonderful dinner we had in a timely manner as well. Nice dining establishment with great service and tasty food. They even offer Impossible sausage for us vegetarians /meat-conscious folk. Our server was even kind and informative letting us know which items are made with chicken stock, which definitely would have given my little one a stomach ache. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

**UPDATE**Stopped again today and we were served by the best waitress we ever had. Food was exceptional! This location obviously has it figured out. ** My husband and I stopped in because I was craving chicken and dumplings. Our server was very attentive and polite. She checked on us several times during our meal. Our food was out very quickly. Both of our meals were hot and delicious! Even the ladies at the checkout were pleasant. Definitely will return. We eat here as a family about twice a year. I have 6 children and they always treat us well. Good customer service and food. You often have to wait to be seated but it’s worth it. Their peach tea is amazing. Their fries are really good too. The kids meals a a nice portion. Our children enjoy coming here.
