Crumbl has lost my business. My cookies never look like the pictures. They are always over cooked or so spread out they are hard. I had some crumbl cash and a free cookie on my account around December. My brother sent me a gift card for Christmas that would never open in the app. The girl at the store told me to contact crumbl and they would credit my account. I’ve tried contacting them and the girl Hannah was very rude. Mind you I know I had crumbl cash prior to Christmas because crumbl never has decent flavors but every now and then they do so I was waiting to use it. The gift card would never open in the app and the girl at the store told me that this happens all the time and that if it doesn’t open in the app then it can’t be applied to my account. Hannah was very rude and said in already used and want listening to the fact that I already had credit on my account prior to getting the gift card. She ended the conversation on me which is very unprofessional. Hopefully crumbl can put the $10 they stole from me and my little brother to use to hire someone new. I called to order delivery to the MTC and was told I needed to go through the app. In the app I was given multiple delivery time windows, so I selected a window that would get the cookies there by 11 am, before lunch. I was surprised and disappointed when they were not delivered until 1:00 pm, and due to scheduling issues my son wasn’t able to pick them up until the next day. The effect was that I paid full price, delivery fees, and a tip for my son to get day-old cookies. I called to find out why the cookies were delivered late and was told there is only one delivery time each day for the MTC, and is about 1:00 pm. This would have been nice to know ahead of time, perhaps when I made my initial call. Excuses were made that the app needs to be changed, but I guess corporate is dragging their feet. The manager apologized, didn’t seem to be in a problem-solving mood and wanted me to be content that the cookies got delivered, regardless of the time. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Crumble is good but not my favorite. Cookies are expensive, VERY sweet (and I have the highest sugar tolerance of anyone I know) and ultimately, not very flavorful (I feel like they all more or less taste the same). They do such an amazing job marketing so I always want to try them but when I do, I'm usually disappointed. They're still fun every now and then! A group of coworkers ordered some cookies from this place. The items they gave us were wrong and the person we spoke to refused to correct the order, claiming they called us ahead to tell us it was wrong (also, why would you call someone to tell them it was wrong, when doing so implies you could have fixed it before sending them) Then she suggested we go in to have them fix it, but that defeats the purpose of delivery. 5/10 for a free delivery day -5/10 for follow through. Called to have birthday cookies delivered to my daughter. Did you know they use Door Dash? I didn't, it's not clear from their site. So the delivery was supposed to be at 2pm, got a text from my 'dasher' that it was there. No cookies were delivered. Then called the store to ask for their help. They passed the blame off to Door Dash. Said they'd try again. Still no cookies delivered. Customer Service - didn't care, not responsible If you are trying to make someone's day special - contact anyone else. Sure hope the Door Dasher enjoyed the cookes. Love the consistency across stores and locations. That being said, there certainly is difference in the employees and the general feel. This location has more of an open concept where you can see the entirety of the store, the mixing and baking areas, etc. The employees were kind and helpful. This location was out of the cookie that we had come in for. They were kind about it and gave us details on the wait time until more would be ready. I took a star off for being out of a popular rotating item. Very clean store.

Crumbl cookies are delicious and unique. Each week they choose new flavors to feature that are so creative. Sometimes I don’t like a specific flavor, but they are always getting feedback and improving their recipes. I consistently love their chilled frosted sugar cookie, it is AMAZING!
