I am sad to write a bad review, because truly the food is great. And when dealing with the staff they are friendly. However, for the 4th time tonight when utilizing the curbside pick up we are missing items from our order. And tonight it was ticket items in our order that left our child without her dinner, so we had to make the 12 minute drive back up there. There is huge room for growth in this department, as I cannot imagine we are the only ones to have experienced repeated instances of missing items. Please double check your receipts against the items bagged, I would love to be able to reliably pick up an order from this location without feeling like I have to take everything out and take inventory to make sure I have received all of the items we paid for.

Food here is always good, and the workers are nice, just a few times recently I have paid for items and not received them, for example. Paying for bacon on my burger and not getting it, paying for toppings in my ice cream and not getting them, I brought up not getting bacon one time and they still charged me but atleast it was on my burger. Still food is expensive and I expect to atleast get what I pay for… and little annoyed they charged me again after I just told them they didn’t give it to me last time and I paid for it.

An incredible fast food experience. Almost too good to be called that. Staff opened the door for us because they had just delivered to the drive thru, and said goodbye when we left. We ate inside, very clean.
The young man at the counter enthusiastically to our order. At first we didn't know what we wanted but were going to give our order to a senior lady. I felt bad that we didn't use her. I am happy that the restaurant gives someone her age employment.
Grilled Chicken sandwich was juicy but sort of bland; Wendy's has more flavor. But a Culver's shake beats that fake frosty concoction without question.

Good food you can't go wrong with culver's. I got some cheese curds with my meal and they were very good I would highly recommend the cheese curds. Overall I would give this place an 8 out of 10. Not bad but could be better. Give them a try if you haven't eaten at culver's before.

Double Deluxe with Bacon
We moved to Hartland in March, and come here often.
This place is so special to me. The one thing I really like about our neighborhood (we live about 2.5 miles away) is that so many employers hire special needs people, give them a fair shake, and a chance to earn a living, by giving them a chance, based on their strengths.
They also hire seniors and young folks, too. They don't discriminate based on what they look like, or by what their abilities are.
As a disabled adult, with many disabled friends, I nearly cried the first time I came in, and saw multiple people on the same shift, who have down syndrome... along with seniors, and a mix of others. I feel like I now live in a community full of folks, who care about folks like my friends and I. We moved into our new home to better support my physical disabilities, and be in an area that I could still get to my doctors, in a decent timeframe.
We love the food, the desserts, the atmosphere, and the people. I've never had a bad experience, here, and their award-winning staff absolutely deserve the honors given to them. I've been to many different Culver's locations, but this one is special.
