We usually enjoy Culvers everywhere but this experience was not good. We drove 15 minutes to get the flavor of the day we saw online, which was “Crazy for Cookie Dough”; very appropriately named by the way, as you go “crazy” searching for cookie dough. The promised “ribbons of salted caramel and thick fudge” were nonexistent as well. Talk about false advertising. What was worse was the dry response I received from one of the staff members “I assure you, it’s in there”. Either Culvers is becoming cheap or their employees are inexperienced, especially on how to treat customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went there tonight. Ordered a burger meal. They did not give me a soda cup. The burger was undercooked and the fries were stale. The shift manager who took my order seemed zoned out. Went here a few weeks back through the DriveThru. We were given the completely wrong order and unfortunately did not figure it out until we got home. I reached out to the store along with their website and the Manage emailed me saying she would make it right and send us some coupons to comp our almost $65 meal. Well weeks pass and coupons never show up, management does not respond to any further emails. Quite disappoints especially for the price we lost. Ate here once with a friend of mine before heading over to the Convention Center for an Asian festival and LOVED it. The burgers are to DIE FOR!! Will gladly come back anytime!

I have not been to Culver's in a while. I was looking forward to one of their burgers. Unfortunately, they were possibly the worst burger I have ever had. The service was great.
