D Light Cafe is SO good, but it is unfortunately very difficult to find space here, especially after 1pm. I came here today around 3pm, hoping to try the lemon tart cake, but left after there was no seating, so I hope that D Light is able to figure out options for outdoor seating, similar to what Ruta's in Eastern Market does. The servers are so kind, and care a lot about the safety of their customers. I just feel bad that they are targeted by individuals trying to rob them and harass their patrons because this place does have a space in my heart. I really like the coffees and desserts here. Their cakes are always tasty, although the honey cake could have used a bit more moisture. Their croissants are also amazing, and complement the coffees that they serve. My favorite coffees would have to be the pink dream latte and red eye. I hope to come back here again. Highly recommend visiting if you are ever in Adam's Morgan. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Not worth the visit. Long lines , service is bad and worst of all is the organization and food. The fact that you can order food but won’t have a table to sit at and you have to wait for 45 min after order to find a table is ridiculous. All our food came out cold. Cold eggs are nobody’s favorite. Two dishes came out with a 15min interval. Drinks didn’t come until after we were both finished with food. Overall bad in all aspects.
