Waited 22 minutes for two 4 piece chicken baskets with gravy for eat in. After all that wait the food wasn’t even worth it. Gravy was not filled at all! Fries were old and just tasted like grease. After coming to this restaurant many times today was the last. The service has been going down hill. Everytime we come here they forget to include something in the order then give you attitude when you ask for the rest of the items you already paid for. Today I was very unhappy with a blizzard I got due to quality of the ingredients it was made with. I asked to have a different blizzard or a refund. The manager told me that they didn't do anything wrong and it was made correctly. Even though the ingredients used were stale tasting not what was advertised. They refused to be of any help so in the trash it went.
