I don't want to be a Karen. Don't get me wrong good Ice cream it's just the fact they messed up my order twice which wasn't a huge deal. When I got my order the ice cream was already half melt because of the long wait. Wish I could get a free blizzard or two for the hassel. Young blonde girl was pretty grumpy but I'm like dude, I want what I ordered, how can you blame me?

I would put 0 if it would let me... when has it become OK for an employee to eat in the kitchen while making my food??? This is outrageous and disgusting! If you like DQ NEVER GO INSIDE TO ORDER it's down right gross to watch them touch the phone in the back pocket and then make your food without washing there hands or using gloves!

Went to get coneys and was told that they weren't serving hot food by the young blonde girl running the driver thru, because they were just too busy with everything else they had to do. They don't serve any hot food except coneys and pretzels and today they weren't even doing that. They had enough employees to run the place, so this shouldn't have been an issue. Pure laziness. 😦
