Atmosphere was nice. Everything left alot to be desired. Was seated right away, and ordered shortly. Food was brought out at all different times, we didn’t order appetizers. So the first person had their food a good 15 min before anyone else…. Had to hunt down someone for silverware so could start to eat. Brought our two more peoples food and then the last two about 5 min later. My order was completely the wrong thing…. Waitress offered to get me what I ordered, but I didn’t want to wait more and eat alone. Food wasn’t great. Over half my fries were burnt. They comped my meal, that was nice. Not a good experience. Terrible server; he had not been trained and didn't have a clue. Dropped down 3 entrees in front of four people and then asked: "Can I get you anything else ?" How about the other entree ? Mediocre frozen food. Bacon curds were greasy and tasteless. Chicken waffles was classic frozen cutlet and an uncooked waffle. Burger had cheese - alergic to cheese; strange extra thick double decker that was way over cooked. Guy who had the fish and chips said he wouldn't take the fish home for his dog. Terrific burgers, cooked perfectly, and delicious and plentiful salads. Fantastic service by Laurie, who couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Inside music at a proper sound level, you hear, but it doesn't interfere with your conversation. Ample parking. My wife and I look forward to our next visit.
