A bit pricey but my kids love it here. my daughter had issues with a game, and I found a worker, Marlon, I believe his name was, was so nice to my kids. My kids are special needs and the patience and communication this guy had with my kids was unexpected and very much appreciated! Thank you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a nice time here, bartenders were super sweet. Is a little expensive, but I love the machines give lots of tickets and prices are way better than other places. Will come back one day. The best place for family fun, games, sports, drinks and food. First I want to start off with the strawberry margarita and strawberry pureed ice cubes absolutely delicious! The food was pretty tasty we had the cheese steak, chicken, pizza for the kiddo and garlic Parmesan fries. (We really want you guys to add Oreo shakes to your menu). The games are still as fun as ever. We loved the hungry hippo classic game, and the VR experience. Lastly, the big daddy chocolate cake and the strawberry shortcake are a fantastic treat after all of our energy was depleted 4hrs later. The staff was amazing and the service was top notch. No complaints from this family, we can't wait to return for our Family fun Saturday. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time at Dave and Busters. Saturday night so very busy. Our food was cold but good. The manager immediately made it right. Our server was great just very busy. We had an issue with a game and the staff made that right. Overall amazing customer service and the games are awesome. Our daughter and her friends had a great time. Can't wait to go back. Even though it was busy it made it fun being around so many people just having fun. Again staff is top notch. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a pick up and unfortunately they messed up our order but the manager Johnny made up for it on our next visit with exceptional customer service and discounted rate.
