I placed an online order that was estimated to be 30-35 minutes. Was hot and ready in about 20. Ordered a classic cheesesteak with Cooper American and onions and gotta say it was delicious. Large chunks of onions grilled just enough to start the flavor and texture change so I got the best of both worlds( raw and grilled) with the perfect amount of cheese. The pizza steak was spot on too. Though I'm not usually a fan of crinkle fries because everyone seems to bullocks them up these were hot, crunchy, fluffy and hit with a dang near perfect amount of seasoning. I was in the area and decided to order from here. I'll start off by saying the 2 cheesesteak were filled with meat and correct. Seeded roll and cooper sharp is good as well....but, and this is a BIG BUT (no pun intended) $38.16 for 2 burnt inedible cheesesteaks is ridiculous and at this point we're home since we took them to go, BTW Dalessandro's is $33 for 2 cheesesteaks with mushrooms and extra cheese and they are WAY better. Why even toast them if you dont keep a eye on the roll and see its burnt but still serve it? Use 2 different rolls since you messed them up but no they send them out. I took 2 bites and couldn't even eat it (I tried too because I was starving) with the burnt roll overpowering the taste. My wife took one bite and same thing inedible..we had to throw them out and we were left hungry. UPDATE today it's 2/17/2024 and it's been 1 year and 3 months since I posted this review and they never reached out to us after calling, taking my phone number, and being told they'd make it right and have a manager call us. NEVER CALLED US. then after posting thIs review I'd figured they'd reach out but NO. Take our money, burn our food, and see it's burnt but still wrap it up and send it out. I'd love to return and give it another chance but with their I don't care attitude towards paying customers, forget about returning. I've only ever had take out so I can't speak to atmosphere but the steaks are really good. I wouldn't recommend the burger since it was just as greasy as Jake's Wayback (which a friend of mine has aptly nicknamed grease pucks). As far as service goes, make sure you check your order before leaving since the last few times we've ordered food here mine has come back wrong. The last time my office bought lunch mine came back with cheese and I had to pass since I'm lactose intolerant. They've gotten my order wrong a few times before but it was a plain chicken steak instead of buffalo and a buffalo steak (with no cheese) instead of chicken another time. The steaks are what they're known for and they are definitely worth going out of your way to try.
