The employees were trying their best, but they seemed to be very short-staffed. There were several large group tables and 2 servers. I actually applied to this location not to long ago, and I have years of experience in the industry (I currently work at a Chick-fil-A), and never got a response. What it looks like to me is a lazy manager who doesn't even try to hire help for the staff. I wouldn't go to this location ever again to support this injustice. We waited an hour for our food and then were told that it would be 20 more minutes. We just ended up leaving. Again, no hate towards the staff, they really were trying their best. I wish them the best and hope that anyone reading my review does not go to this location to support this manager who can't do their job. :) Service Dine in Meal type Other Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

It was our first time at this location, we had Nikki as our server she was very friendly, attentive and helpful. She had a smile the whole time. Our food was very good a good portion of food, overall it was a good breakfast. They are not open 24hrs as advertised. Hours posted on the door are 7am to 10pm. Be aware, it still lets you place orders online as early as 6am. I waited for my online order after speaking to them on the phone and the doors still were not open until 7:12am Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
