I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dio again, and my experience was elevated by the exceptional service provided by Austin. (We have been served by him before) From his warm greeting to his attentive recommendations, Austin's professionalism and genuine enthusiasm added a delightful touch to my dining experience. His knowledge of the menu and ability to personalize the service truly stood out. He made sure to connect with us on a personal level, and he remembered us from last time. It was obviously busy in the restaurant but Austin communicated that with us and never had us guessing if he forgot about us or not. He made sure to update us on every step of the drink/ food process. Dio is fortunate to have such a dedicated server, making my visit, again, memorable. While visiting my daughter we took a chance on this restaurant. In all my experiences of eating Mediterranean food this had to be by far the best food I’ve ever had eaten. Prepared to exquisite taste of flavors and blends of beautiful herbs. The service by Jada was superb and the entertainment was wonderful! This DIO family owed restaurant didn’t disappoint!!! Austin's service stood out. He had knowledge of the menu and went beyond to ensure our satisfaction throughout the evening. What impressed us was his recommendation of the lamb chops. Trusting his suggestion, we decided to try them, and it was a choice. The lamb chops were cooked and full of flavor, becoming the highlight of our meal. It's rare to find a server who combines professionalism with a passion for food and customer service, but Austin did that. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience and recommend asking for Austin when you visit Dio. His recommendations and service are sure to enhance your meal! The food and service were amazing. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly prepared. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. They had blankets for those sitting outside to keep you warm.
