On 12/23/23 I ordered from Domino's around 12:25am on a Friday night. One medium pizza, hand tossed, pepperoni, “extra cheese”, and beef with 16 piece Parmesan bites and cheesy marinara dip. Noticed immediately that the pizza did not have any extra cheese, they seldomly spread marinara sauce over the entire pizza and didn’t put any cornmeal on the bread which was dry with a room temp. Parmesan bites look doughy, small, crusted as if they were leftovers, and to add insult to injury, I found a bug in my damn food!! This is absolutely unacceptable!! Philly cheese steak sandwiches were horrible. Hardly no meat at all, way over cooked. The driver needs to work on her customer service skills. This has happened the last 2 times I have order. Dominos in Florence really doesn't get enough people posting positively about them and their food was positively amazing tonight ❤️ thank you Mrs Samantha Huff for your kindness! The pizza and other food from here are good. It's not the best in the area but it is still good enough to visit on an occasional basis.

I ordered a pizza back on June 12th. I decided to do a Hawaiian style and I customized my order through the app for pick up. Thos was hands down one of the best and perfectly cooked pizzas I've ever had from any Domino's. They customized it to exactly what I requested as well. Highly recommended 👌 👍

I ordered a pizza, but my tracker never got past the word, ordered. I kept waiting until I finally called the store, it had been ready for 45 minutes or more. I was with friends so I went ahead and picked it up. Before I paid I asked the guy at the window if I was paying for an almost I hour old pizza, he said it would be fresh. I confirmed again, then when I got the pizza it was room temp and stuck together. I was so angry. When I got home there was absolutely NO sauce, I asked for extra because if you don't, it will be bone dry. I don't write reviews but this was ridiculous and pathetic!! I have managed another pizza place. Whoever manages this place needs to be put in check. I will NEVER go back.
