I ordered a pan pizza. Once I got home to eat the pizza the crust was raw. We contacted the store to have them make a new one or to refund the amount for the pizza. They said they are unable to refund and to contact a 800 number which is not corporate dominos. They said they would have to contact the manager to get the right number but I have not heard back from them yet. They stated they can make a new pizza but will charge me again for a new one. Food: 1 Service: 1

Well this was a disappointment to say the least. We ordered delivery which was 10 minutes late after the delivery window. The delivery driver was rude and made a comment about the choice we made not to tip due to the lack of timeliness. Boy am I glad we didn't! My husband started to eat the pizza.....long black hair pulled out of his slice of pizza yuk. I called and thankfully they are delivering a new pizza and garlic bites because I requested them, not because they were offered. Good thing we got two pizzas othwise we would have had some very hungry kids. Please don't order from this location take your money else where. I ordered my food at 7:40pm tonight with a 40 minute wait time. It is currently 10:12 pm and the app says my food has been sitting in quality check since 8:17. I have called the store 5 times tonight and they pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I can't even cancel the order. Absolutely unacceptable Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
