If you want great service to match the food here, make sure you ask for Ali. Award winning server will make you feel at home and treat you like a king or queen as you dine. The food here is done well and the atmosphere is pretty chill as Duffy's should be. Come for lunch and dinner, just make sure you ask for the best server in the place, Ali! This is the worst restaurant in Broward, by far. The host sat us at a table whose waiter was completely overwhelmed with a party of over twenty people. After ten minutes he came over and said he would be with us shortly. After another ten minutes I asked the hostess if she could at least take our drink orders. She did and we finally got something to drink. Then I flagged the waiter over and asked if he could take our order for food. He seemed bewildered but took the order. Now the side salad comes out and all the lettuce is either white or yellow, not fresh by even fast food standards. We send it back then a manager comes out to ask what the problem is we tell my wife wants fresh romaine. She apologized and said she would take care of it. Before she leaves I tell her that if the romaine lettuce isn't green don't bring to us. So she comes out with another plate with white romaine and insists that is is fresh. She saw the cook cut it from the frig. Now I know she is clueless. Yellow lettuce is oxidized, but she doesn't know this even though she works in the food industry!?! Then the steaks come out and they're cold and taste like gas! Medium rare steaks that were marinated in Worcestershire sauce. Awful taste. I was starving so I proceeded to eat some but my wife couldn't bring herself to eat cold nasty smelling steak. The only saving grace is that the manager took my wife's salad and steak off the menu. We had a similar experience two years ago at the Duffy's in Plantation. We won't ever try eating at any Duffy's. My experience at Duffys in Weston was nothing short of extraordinary! The staff there made me feel like I was a part of the Duffy family from the moment I walked in. The servers and bartenders like Lily, Ryan, and Justin were all so attentive and helpful throughout my time there. The two for one drink deal Is unbeatable and my whole crew was able to enjoy ourselves on without breaking the bank! Duffy’s turkey club and salads are my favorite thing to order when I go there since they are fresh and delicious every time I order them. Brittany, the manager, is extremely friendly and insured that everyone was happy and had what they needed to enjoy their time. This is the great family atmosphere, and I will certainly be returning! We have been here before and looking forward to a good meal and drinks at reasonable prices. We were quickly seated to a requested booth . . . among many empty booths and tables.
