Being at this restaurant, try perfectly cooked sausage & eggs. To taste tasty doughnuts, bagels and kolaches is a really good idea. Good latte gets positive reviews. Dunkin is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are attractive for the quality you get. People appreciate the pleasant atmosphere at this place, they want to come here again and again. But this spot hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

i was very upset with this order ! i ordered a avocado toast and a side of hash brows . YALL what the HELL is this ! they could have given me two or atleast add extra bacon . this toast was too small unacceptable! came saturday around 12:10 pm !

did not have cookie butter cold brew that we had ordered on app which is fine, told them to cancel the order due to that’s the only thing we like because they said we had to switch for something else but of the “ same thing”, which it’s fine not their fault however the lady with the broken english got mad and said she was not canceling my order..30$ out the window and no one will answer the phone. This is the 3rd time with the customer service being horrible with the same lady and this time of not getting our money back is being more horrendous. No call back, no refund, nothing. I went through the drive orderd a iced pumpkin spice latte then when I get to the window it has whip cream on it which I did not ask for or I would of ordered the SIGNATURE LATTE which has that on it so I kindly say " I'm so sorry I did not want whip cream on it" and one of the workers in the back says "ugh why didn't she just say that" annoyed she has to fix her mistake. Because I never asked for the latte with whip cream I think this establishment needs to Have there employees work on better customer service and Make sure they know the difference between the two lattes before being ride to a customer who knows what they are ordering Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

The manager at this location is so rude to her employees. I have witnessed her yelling at them for taking to long with customers (providing customer service), she really needs some lessons on how to respect her employees. Since she became manager this location has really gone down hill!! No one seems to care when you try to get upper management to call you. It’s really sad to see people who show up to work be treated this way. You can always tell when she is there because the employees are so unhappy. When she isn’t there they smile, talk, and laugh. She seems to make it such a miserable environment for them. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was the only customer ordering today at the drive thru window. ONLY OUTSIDE CUSTOMER!! My order consisted of 3 things. The sourdough sandwich comes with bacon, in which I do not eat. I asked to possibly substitute with sausage , as seen on the receipt. For $5.49 a sandwich , on my drive and dime to buy your food? As with anyone else, I do expect to get what I'm paying for. I won’t go there again. Just one time was enough. I’m talking about my dine-in experience. One of the staff who had an accent was on the phone and yelling on the phone really loudly for at least 15minutes. There was no consideration of her for her customers. I know it was not a coffee house but it was very annoying during my stay there. I won’t step my foot to this location again, just one time is enough. Food is always great but the manager with an accent gives an unpleasant experience. She yells which creates an unpleasant interaction when ordering food. She also has a slight attitude. Any time I go to this location I’m always hoping I get anyone else but her to take my order. Someone please get her to take a customer service course. My daughter loves the table by the patio window with colorful soft chairs and a low coffee table. There was icing and sprinkles all over the table and my chair. This is the second time we've eaten inside here after the dentist trip next door. Both times this table was a mess. They don't seem to have as many donut choices here as I've seen at other locations but they were good. I had a rather unpleasant experience at the drive-through window today, marked by a condescending attitude from the attendant. The individual was dressed in a Washington-themed sweater and exhibited a notably unfriendly and unapproachable demeanor. What stood out was their assumption that my name was Marisol, which was both awkward and incorrect. Especially when the person next to me, within the same distance, could hear my name clearly. One would anticipate basic customer service norms, such as offering a polite greeting, a smile, or a simple farewell to a customer. However, the absence of these common courtesies raises questions about the quality of training. It's a given for service personnel to avoid abruptly closing the window, to only return and inquire, 'Are you waiting on something?' -- Such a response implies a level of indifference that does not align with the expected standards. You don't need genuine concern for every customer, but the profession requires at least the semblance of cordiality, given that customers are paying for the service. We went today and there is new management trying to really hard to make it better. Ashley the worker there is so sweet. The coffee drinks were great and had a good variety of donuts to chose from that were fresh not stale. And it was clean inside as well. She’s definitely trying to up this dunkin location customer service. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
