We stopped for hot chocolate, the help was all hanging at the other end of counter so we went there to order, the young lady informed us we were in the wrong area to order and made us move to the correct area. Other than the employees having no real interest in the customers it was fine Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Full of idiots. They will screw your order up and not fix it and they have this one guy who works the window who covers his whole body and face up and is rude and not personable

Everytime I order a hot coffee from here it taste burnt. They never have fresh coffee. Waste of money

A solid Dunkin' location. The morning rush staff are very busy, but they are always friendly. My orders are often correct, but it's Dunkin' so I don't except every order to be 100% right. The afternoon / night staff are nowhere near as friendly as the morning staff. I'd recommend getting a quick bite or coffee here on occasion so long as you go in the morning. Service Take out

Hands down the worse Dunkin in the area. Every time I order from them the order is totally wrong. Every time I order my coffee with sweetener, they never put any. I order my bagel toasted, I get it not toasted. Every time I order it with cream cheese on it, I get it on the side. I ordered a donut, all the frosting is melted off and just a mess. Go to the Sudbury one, it is WAY better and they get my order right every single time. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Friendly, courteous, efficient staff. Food is pretty consistently good. The drive thru was not well thought out and is kind of a nightmare, but it's not their fault. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Tried to use coupon specifically for this Dunkin and the worker told me the coupon wasn't working and she didn't know how to fix it. I was told I needed to come back when the manager was there between 6am and 2pm. Therefore I am unable to use the coupon because I am unavailable at that time and sale ends tomorrow. Disappointed and I don't understand how you can have workers not be able to use their "Happy Opening" coupons. Which I imagine the main purpose is to get people in the door. Terrible first impression Dunkin. Unimpressed- train your people better.
