Wish employees would remember that the customer may be standing right there when they are making fun of an order. It's one thing to inquire and ask questions. The last two times I visited this location, it was disappointing. One time I just ordered a hot coffee that was actually cold and diluted. I am surprised how they run a coffee shop like this. Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Service: 1

Didn’t call my order out just threw a bag on the counter and had to assume it was mine and the cream cheese put on wasn’t even enough for half the bagel.
