Only person working. Sat at drive thru for ten min. Had to leave without ordering to make it to work on time. Where are the owners when this happens? Do they care?

It was a Dunkin and it was about 8:30ish, but the employees seemed way over stressed as if they were in constant fear of something, then I noticed way more than a usual number of cameras on the employee side of the counter and a 1 way plate glass window where someone may be watching them from.? I'm not sure if I was just not charged sales & snack tax or if they've included it in the price, but either way, the math is off, unless they need to update their prices. Price on the wall was $11.99 for dozen donuts and $11.09 for 50 Munchkins (May have reversed these.?) Maines 'prepared foods tax' is 8%.
