We stopped by last Friday. First attempt they forgot an item. Second attempt they got the sandwich’s wrong. The worst part is when I went back to ask them to make the sandwiches correctly I got pretty bad attitude. Needless to say we will be driving further to get our Friday breakfasts at another DD with decent service. Order placed using app. Visit 1. Missing an entire item when bag is handed. Visit 2. bacon and egg on a croissant with no cheese had sausage instead of bacon and there was cheese. English muffin with turkey sausage, egg and cheese had no sausage and had bacon. When we mentioned the mistake with employee. Very rudely snatched the bag and made the correct order and threw the bag on the counter with an attitude. I under mistakes happen but this location has the most inconsistent customer service. Word to corporate: please coach employees up or coach them out. Will be going to Top Donut with friendlier staff. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
