Usually a pretty decent location but can I recommend you guys slow things down a little in the drive thru and not rush so frantically? Ordered a large caramel iced coffee, sausage egg and cheese bagel, and hashbrowns. I realized the order screen didn't say "caramel" so I asked at the window if they got it down as a caramel iced coffee. I was reassured that they did. Was handed a plain iced coffee with 10 cream. Unfortunately, I didn't know this until I got home. My bagel was rock hard and my hash browns were literally cold to the touch. Please take a breath and not rush the drive thru. Quality > quantity

This is my main location, but I’m about to stop going. Not only are the later shift employees rude 90% of the time, they also can’t make coffees worth anything. They’re NEVER fully stirred, and no where near the amount of creamer I request. This isn’t even my main issue though, it’s THE LIDS. The lids are the reason I’m about to stop coming here. The lid will be all the way on, but there is constantly, CONSTANTLY, coffee coming out of the sides. Every bump, or turn, coffee is all over my car. I’ve had to buy packs of wipes to constantly clean up the mess. I haven’t had this issue until about 2 months ago, and I haven’t had this issue anywhere else. Specifically only this location. Perhaps I switch to Eastgate.
