Taste good bacon. According to some reviews, doughnuts are perfectly cooked at this restaurant. As most reviewers say, iced coffee is really good. The courteous staff demonstrates a high level of quality at Dunkin. Terrific service is something clients like here. This place with the cozy atmosphere can be a place to start your journey at. I cannot stress enough how awful this location is. Incredibly discriminatory and openly defies ADA law. Had the police called on me several times just for existing. And yet somehow I have no issues when the manager Jakson is there, so you tell me where the problem lies. The current English speaking staff needs some serious training or to be fired because they're awful and if they're willing to break the law when the boss isn't around who knows what else they're up to? Wouldn't trust these people with my food at this point even if I didn't get constantly harassed here. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible parking layout as you can’t get out of your spot if there is a line for the drive thru. UPDATE 2/9/2024: This location recently changed who makes the donuts. Chocolate frosted donuts suck! How do you screw up donuts when that is how this firm got started? They barley have any icing. Terrible! I suggest you visit another Dunkin location for food. This is always been my favorite Dunkin in Ashland as it’s so convenient to stop on the way to work, but lately my drink has been missing the extra espresso shot I always order. I’ve mentioned this to an employee, and they said I should order an espresso shot, but did not notice that I did, and always do. It’s really a bummer because it’s so disappointing to see a milky drink and the ratio is off completely. It wasn’t bothering me the first few times but now it’s super frustrating and I think I’m going to stop coming here in the mornings. The people are lovely and it does seem like they are just overwhelmed with the amount of drinks coming in. I don’t know if they need more staff or whatever but I totally understand if that’s the case. Although I am empathetic, it’s just really annoying and I don’t want to stay. It ruins the morning, but it definitely is a huge bummer.

I have a mobile order, walk in for pickup, have to wait almost 20 mins yes 20 mins I'm a really regular dunkin user, I have like 2 free courtesy donuts but when we drink those coffee was horrible... repugnant and over sweet (the 2 cold coffee) the hot coffee was ok order 8870 I come back and returned! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
