Updating my review, because I must say the place has changed drastically since they first opened. Staff is amazing now! Very tentative with the orders, and ensuring best customer service. It's a night and day difference from my first visits to now. What a difference a great staff makes! There's absolutely no reason to be selling stale bagels on a week day morning. This isn't the first time it's happened. How can you charge customers top dollar for stale bagels? Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered the cold brew with the nuts and everything on it. I’m not really the much into fast food nor do I do coffee on a regular. However, I tried it once and I was on the seek for the same taste 👅 only they don’t carry the chocolate foam after a certain season & that was a bit saddening. The drink was ok being that I was looking for a specific taste. Service was good. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I went in today the first day of 2023. I was grateful they were open and the staff they had was upbeat and friendly. There was a customer that was being so rude to them. Something about a price issue. She was extremely belligerent. She stormed out, came back in, then started taking pictures. She stormed out again then started yelling and swearing at her kids outside. I would just like to thank you for carrying on and treating me and the other customers with the utmost respect. My coffee was great too btw. Big thumbs up.

I have gone here 2-4 times a week for a few years now on my way to work. Pretty much always get the same thing and most of the help had always been really nice. They have a new guy there that seems nice enough. But, I'm guessing needs some training. The last 4 times I went in, he seems to forget how the register works and charges me anywhere from $12 to $21 for the same exact thing. Will be going to the other Dunkin's in the area from now on.

We use the app and order from here often and it is always quick and ready! The only complaint is that lately the iced tea tastes like coffee. It seems like they are going back and forth between coffee and tea in the brewers so everything is mixed. Bleh.

The guy that was preparing coffee did Not have on a mask! Everyone else working at the store and patrons all with a mask. I would Not go back again. DD policy is All employees must have on face covering. The manager should tell his employees that make the coffee to put on a mask. It's not my job as a customer. This was is in Hopkinton MA near 495.
