iced coffee tastes like sugar & water . They kept “remaking” it .. but all you could taste was water cream & sugar . I think they needed to make a fresh pot of coffee but didn’t want to . Worst experience ever. I went to a different DD this morning , and they made it perfect no complaints . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The manager at Dunkin' Donuts went above and beyond to make my gender reveal special. Her helpfulness, attentiveness, and ability to keep the secret added a personal touch to the experience. Exceptional customer service like this is truly commendable, making my visit memorable and enjoyable. Grateful for the extra effort! Been here 3 times now, all three times there's been something wrong or missing. 2 stars because they've made it right with no fuss, they're usually nice. But I've got places to be other than waiting for replacement food/coffee

Horrible, when I asked for extra cream the lady said do you really want extra cream rudly and I said nevermind. I was snipped at because I talked to fast. And then there was not extra cram or sugar on the counter to fix it myself. The worst coffee ever and my husband and I both threw them away we could not even drink them. Ordered a large coffee with extra half and half. Coffee was almost black. Asked for more half and half, they have a machine behind the counter that dispenses only a very small amount of half and half for each button push. Barely got any more. At 9:05 a.m., I went into Dunkin' Donuts and purchased two donuts and a pancake wrap. 9:15 p.m., still waiting. A woman came in and ordered five wake-up wraps, which she received in seven minutes. At 9:20, I notified them that they had forgotten my order once more. I received my order at 9:21 a.m. and it was incorrect!!!! This place is always a mess. The employees are so unorganized and lazy. The girl that was mixing the coffee used the same same mixing spoon for different drinks.. she got a bunch of coffee in a some lady’s chai drink and you could see all the coffee swirled around in it. She wasn’t happy. The people making the breakfast sandwiches used their bare hands .. one of them scratched their head before touching the sandwich disgusting. They were out of a lot of donuts. Someone ordered maple donuts and they were out so they took them from someone else’s box that ordered them before they ran out. Just pure chaos. Also the tiny blond girl that works there literally just stood around with her arms cross and would occasionally pull out her phone and mess with it.. I didn’t see her lift a finger to do anything helpful. Will never come back again. We ordered ahead with the mobile app. When they went in they gave us half our order - 2 of 3 drinks and half the food. One of the coffee orders was wrong. Typical store providing the same quality donuts, sandwiches, coffee, and other specialty items you expect at Dunkin Donuts. Dining room was clean but had only a few tables spread out over the large area. Men's room was a gongshow with paper towels and clutter on the floor.
