Definitely get a reservation if it’s for brunch, we didn’t but we were super fortunate they made some room. And I’m glad they did because it exceeded expectations!! We’ve been wanting to try this place forever and finally made the time and we will definitely be back. Ed's Bistro is an awesome place for high caliber food. Everything I've ever tried here has been top notch. From the ingredients they source and use, to the way they magically mesh them together, they deliver on flavor and complexity. They rotate specials of the day and have a set menu with local favorites. We 100% recommend trying it for yourself. The staff is always courteous and you even get personable, down to Earth service from the proprietor. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
