I can see why no one comes here. Theres next to no staff, passive aggressive signs about wait times and the 2 times ive been here it takes 5-10 minutes just to take my order. NOT FAMILY SAFE!!! How about my wife comes in with a child, who would have thought… a place that serves ice cream. And dirty reggaeton music playing out loud with lyrical nastiness. Completely disgusting. Either the owner doesn't care or poorly trains employees. This is not the heights, I left the city so I dont have to deal with this. Know your clientele and area. An apology is in order.

No se que le Paso a este lugar. . Fui con mi familia un día domingo . Compramos dos banana split y un cono . Pagué más de $20 por esto. Y no puedo creer que las bolitas de icecream que le pusieron a todo tenía el tamaño de una pelota de pimpon. La podía agarrar con la cucharita de plástico que tedan aquí.. Se que todo subió de precio pero se pasaron . . ESTA MUY CARO Y TODAS LAS PORCIONES MAS PEQUEÑAS . NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE .

Had to update this review. Things have gone down drastically here. To start the new owner appears like she does not want to deal with people and is in a bad mood most of the time. Second, their prices are ridiculous for what they actually give you. You would expect to get lot more ice cream for almost 10 dollars on what they charge for the sundae. I honestly will not go back.
