Wow. Very surprised at El Rodeo. My brother took me here after a long day’s work. He suggested a combo platter. Since he was paying, I agreed to let him order. The plate came with steak and pastor tacos, an enchilada and a queso tostada. Everything was excellent. I couldn’t wait for each subsequent bite! The food is like a hybrid of authentic Mexican food with Tex-Mex. Even though the dishes seem like your standard menu fare, whoever is seasoning the food in the kitchen is a master. I’m ready to go back for more!

The food here is fantastic! Everyone at our table of 15 people RAVED about the food! Very authentic. Has that, "from scratch/homemade" taste. Great service. They really work as a team. The typical Tex-Mex restaurant for those that prefer a place to have a drink. For those that prefer food this is just another non authentic Mexican restaurant. Our food was service in no time, so fast that was cold ❄️ inside. The plate was burning hot, but the burrito inside was fridge cold. The service was basically, taking the order and the ticket. Not what you usually expect in a restaurant, that the waitress asks if everything is good and comes a couple of times to check on you. Not a place that I will return to. They are family owned and extremely accommodating! I felt like they really appreciated my business and were genuinely happy I was there. The food was really good and fresh, and they had a really good selection at the bar. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will always come back here when visiting. Stopped in while shopping on the area. Wife enjoys Mexican food so thought we'd give this a try. Not to busy, a Thursday evening, but not empty. Seated quickly with menus and utensils. The waiter stopped by, and was just not happy to be there or so it seemed. Took our order, left dropped stuff off, with no exchange at all. Not a huge deal, but still.. Then the food. It was ok, but not good. Also was not bad, just ok. It was hot, but flavorless. Again not bad, just not good. Was expecting more, and just not getting it. Do not recommend. Love this place. We usually order out, but ate here for the first time recently and it was a great experience. It's very spacious and clean. The servers are efficient and kind. The food came out quickly and was delicious. This is definitely one of my go to spots! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Quick and friendly... was seated right away, chips and salsa promptly with our drink order. The waiter was great, took order with changes, no issue. Food was top notch we will be coming back again and again. The enchiladas are out of this world! We tried the beef, cheese, seafood, and chicken. Would have to recommend them all. I had an awesome experience. The food was delicious. Well packaged/separated, well presented. As small as it may seem I was impressed they gave me a nice size container of salsa and chips. Most Mexican restaurants don’t give you chips if your not dining in. Everything was fresh. I ordered a diner #1 and I’m stuffed. The lady at the front desk was a sweetie. It was a 10 minute wait. The guy working at the bar saw me sitting and come over to make sure I was taken care of. That was nice and appreciated. I love the food, This place is well put together, and I wish I tipped more.
