Since I arrived in Chicago about 15 years ago I have been searching for the perfect fajita. My call has finally been answered. The fajitas at Fajita Pete’s are top notch. Everything is made fresh to order including the tortillas. The portions sizes offer a ton of bang for the buck - the medium family meal was more than enough for our family of 4 that includes two growing boys. Thank you Pete’s, we will be back!! Great take out option! Tortillas are freshly made and delicious. We tried the shrimp and chicken fajitas and both were very good. The medium family meal was more than enough for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). So glad to have this addition in the neighborhood! We are excited to have an authentic tex mex fajita spot in the area. We ordered the steak fajitas, and they were excellent. Service was quick and the food was all made to order and fresh. Went to the soft opening for dinner and boy were we blown away! Chicken and steak fajitas were highlights along with the tortillas, guacamole and queso! Great char flavor on the chicken that keeps you coming back for more. Don’t be shy about adding churros and margaritas as well! Will be using these guys for catering very soon.
